At Hesslebach, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship and the unparalleled quality of our products. We believe in the longevity and performance of our cookware, and we stand behind every piece we create.
Hesslebach offers a limited lifetime warranty on our Dutch ovens, ensuring they remain free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the product. This warranty extends only to the product's original purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers:
- Defects in material or workmanship under normal household use.
- Damage to the PuraSteel™ and PuraCotta™ coatings under normal use.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse.
- Damage caused by dropping or impact.
- Damage from overheating the product.
- Use of metal or sharp utensils on the product.
- Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, or stains.
- Damage from commercial use.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Hesslebach product is defective and wish to make a warranty claim:
- Please contact our Customer Service team with a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photographs showing the defect.
- Proof of purchase will be required to validate the warranty claim.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will either repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral or written, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Hesslebach disclaims any implied warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
